We use Canada Post for all our orders.

Shipping depends on your order and locations. It is automatically calculated upon checking out.

We try our best to ship your order within 24 hours. If you placed your order during weekend, we will try to send it out on Monday.

You can pick up your order from our store location in downtown Victoria. Please give us a heads up when you come to pick up your order.

If you want any Games Workshop products that's not on our website, feel free to contact us. We will place an order with Games Workshop. You don't nee to pay for it until it arrives in our store.

If you want to purchase any pre-order items from Games Workshop, please contact us as soon as you see it on Sunday Preview on Warhammer Community. We need to submit our pre-order with Games Workshop before the following Tuesday.

We submit our pre-order form to Games Workshop on the following Tuesday after Games Workshop's Sunday Preview. Games Workshop's pre-order usually arrives within one two two hours, and we ship your order as soon as possible.

Generally we get our allocation numbers by the end of the week. There are occasions that Games Workshop cannot fulfill all of our pre-order quantity. In this case, we will give the items to customers based on First Come First Serve. If we do not get your pre order item allocation, you will be notified right away.

Sure, you can come to hour location. However, please contact us ahead to make sure the store is open.
